Posting daily transactions to accountingPosting car deals to accountingProcessing vehicle purchasesCredit card reconciliationsAftermarket cancellationsHR / Onboarding / processing payrollInsurance / 401k managementOrdering office supplies / running office errands
Candidate must have:Previous payroll experiencePrevious accounting experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize projects by deadline/importance
Automotive Office and Finance Box/Capping deals are a plus
