Title : Senior Financial Analyst – M&A Integration Company : Technology industry Compensation : $110,000 – $125,000 Location : San Diego, CA About the job A client of ours is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a high-impact Finance Integration Management Office. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end finance integration efforts tied to mergers and acquisitions across a global footprint. You will work closely with acquired company finance teams and internal partners across Corporate Development, Legal, Strategic Finance, Treasury, and Business Unit Finance. This is a hands-on, analytical role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and can manage complexity across multiple concurrent integrations. Key Responsibilities • Support finance integration workstreams from pre-close through post-close execution for acquisitions • Perform and analyze deal-related financial activities including net working capital, closing adjustments, and purchase price considerations • Assist with evaluation of target company financials, liquidity planning, and forecasting in coordination with Treasury and Finance teams • Identify and help mitigate integration-related financial risks while supporting execution of integration plans • Support integration project management activities, including workplan updates and executive reporting • Partner cross-functionally to support timely delivery of integration milestones across global stakeholders • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support decision-making and integration optimization • Contribute to development and refinement of finance integration playbooks, tools, and standard processes • Support evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools within finance integration workflows Preferred Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, audit (internal or external), or related roles • Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts for varied audiences • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with stakeholder interaction responsibilities • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach • Ability to operate effectively in global, multi-time-zone environments • Experience supporting business unit finance teams • Prior M&A or post-merger integration exposure preferred • Experience within large multinational organizations • Demonstrated process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives • Exposure to international or multi-entity business structures • Experience with deal-related forecasting, accounting, or integration tracking
