Interim Senior Finance Manager Our client, a high-growth technology company, is seeking an FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to support financial planning and strategic decision-making across corporate functions. This role is 100% remote and has a duration of 3-6 months. Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial review processes for corporate functions. Serve as a strategic finance business partner to senior leaders across multiple corporate organizations. Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support resource allocation and investment decisions. Provide insights and recommendations related to operating expenses, workforce planning, and organizational priorities. Drive forecasting accuracy, reporting improvements, and enhanced visibility into key business metrics. Partner with functional leaders to evaluate spending, prioritize investments, and identify efficiency opportunities. Lead and develop FP&A team members while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance transformation efforts to improve scalability and decision support. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations. Requirements: 10 years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience. Strong experience supporting corporate functions and partnering with executive leadership teams. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and strategic planning. Proven ability to influence decision-making and build strong cross-functional relationships. Experience leading and developing finance teams in a fast-paced environment.
