Production Associate – Immediate Hiring

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our team immediately. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Follow standardized work instructions and production guidelines
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Shifts Available

Candidates must be open to working all three shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a production environment (varying temperatures)
