Document Control Admin Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports
• Ensure proper version control and document tracking throughout the project lifecycle
• Distribute documents to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors in a timely manner
• Upload, manage, and update files within Procore or other document management systems
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout documentation
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project-specific requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure document accuracy

Document Control Admin Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience working with construction drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with document control procedures and standards
• Experience with additional platforms such as PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar tools Work Environment:
• Office-based with occasional interaction with field teams
• Collaborative, team-oriented construction/project environment
