Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in California, open to new grads with post-acute or acute care experience preferred.

Details

• Placement is within a skilled nursing/post-acute rehabilitation unit
• Specialty areas include LTC, SNF, rehab, post-acute care, and LTACH (trach/vent patients)
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Occasional weekend coverage preferred but not required
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• EMR systems used: Net Health and Point Click Care (experience required for both)
• Local candidates are accepted for this position

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current PT license to practice in the state of California required; license required if applicable
• No professional license violations or disciplinary actions on record
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care EMR systems required
• Post-acute or acute care experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
