Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residential properties to quickly understand layout, lighting, and staging priorities
• Develop practical staging strategies aligned with target buyers, renters, or listing goals
• Select and coordinate furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, and accessories from company inventory
• Execute full staging installations, including on-site setup, styling adjustments, and destaging
• Adapt staging plans in real time to accommodate space constraints, inventory changes, or tight timelines
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and tracking
• Support real estate photo shoots, listing presentations, and open house styling
• Communicate professionally with real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, and property owners when needed

Requirements

• Strong learning ability and adaptability in fast-paced, on-site environments
• Hands-on experience in home staging, showroom design, model units, or similar environments preferred
• Solid understanding of space planning, color coordination, proportions, and photo-ready styling
• Comfortable participating in physical work, including moving light to medium-sized furniture
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and complete full-day staging projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation for local site visits
• Basic awareness of inventory handling and on-site organization
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus, but not required
• Experience supporting real estate photography or listing preparation is a bonus
