Administrative Assistant
Under the direction of a Manager, maintain good accounting records and support general accounting needs. Process and track accounts payable. Provide administrative support for the CPG and the local engineering community. Support CPG activities and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming administration mail as well and learn the shipping and receiving functions
- Process and track all accounts payable
- Track accounting budgets for all CPG functions
- Maintain files for all suppliers and vendors - Quotes, invoices, statements, etc.
- Track and monitor fixed assets and participate in audits
- Support and host CPG activities
- Administrative support for CPG staff travel
- Administrative support for employee lease program
- Maintain regulatory files for health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Develop and maintain annual calendar for CPG governance and coordinate with corporate office as needed
- Maintain calendars for proving ground activities and track
