Patient Services Case Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards.
- Assist in creating and managing patient caseloads for timely processing.
- Ensure patient documentation is correct, complete, and up to date.
- Verify and interpret insurance benefits, uploading accurate patient estimates for billing.
- Obtain required documents for financial assistance processing and understand related policies.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
- Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence in all interactions to foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed to support organizational needs.

- Familiarity with healthcare administration processes and documentation standards.
Education/Experience:

- Proficiency in data entry and patient record management systems.
