We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our People Organization (HR & Recruiting), where you'll play a key role in shaping our strategy and driving its execution. As a trusted partner to our leadership team, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure execution. Your expertise will help us optimize our processes, systems, and analytics to drive business outcomes and enhance how we attract and retain talent. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business impact and align with our organizational goalsAnalyze our current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, Recruiting, business leaders, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignmentConduct data analysis and create compelling presentations to inform business decisions and drive conversationsPartner with our systems, ops, and analytics teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business needsDrive project management and coordination efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiativesFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and innovation What You'll Bring Bachelors Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a STEM field) or equivalent experienceProven experience in program management, strategy development, or a related field, preferably in an HR or Recruiting contextStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholdersExperience working with data visualization tools and techniques to inform business decisionsStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environmentAbility to think strategically, with a focus on long-term impact and sustainability Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
