Essential Functions:

• Supervise day-to-day activities for all assignments to be delivered in scope and on-time.
• Organize the department to handle multiple jobs and maintain flexibility at all times.
• Assist in training personnel to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Notify manager of any delays or problems before and/or during production of a project.
• Assist manager in encouraging all team members to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist manager in administering progress, discipline, and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
• Monitor personnel to ensure maximum efficiency an accuracy.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out completely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and hazard free work area.
• Preferred candidates will be available to work overtime and on weekends when needed.
• Special projects as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5+ years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ years' experience working in a team lead capacity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to multi-task, to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery.

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
