Associate Compensation Program Manager
The Associate Compensation Program Manager plays a vital role in advancing our mission by helping employees understand their compensation packages. As a key member of the Employee Answer Bar within the HR team, this role is dedicated to guiding employees through compensation-related inquiries and processes. The team thrives on innovation, drive, collaboration, and trust to deliver exceptional support and ensure a seamless employee experience. What You'll Do Provide expert assistance to employees regarding questions related to their compensation and stock awardsServe as a knowledgeable resource at the Employee Answer Bar and over email, offering prompt and accurate responses to inquiriesCollaborate with HR, stock administration, compensation partners, and payroll teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of compensation-related mattersStay updated on company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations to provide informed guidanceAssist in the development and implementation of compensation education programs for employeesHandle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy and security protocolsEscalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExcellent communication skills to effectively convey information to employees at various levelsDetail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepanciesCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceFamiliarity with HR software and tools for efficient issue resolutionPrior experience in HR, compensation, or related roles is preferredAbility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently Benefits
