Job Summary:

At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experts in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and ADHD. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapists, and collaborating with families to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices and company protocols
Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services
Conduct assessments, develop behavioral intervention plans, and monitor progress of clients
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
Document client progress, treatment plans, and staff supervision in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

Master's degree
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000.02 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)
