General Summary:

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who will be responsible for next-generation automation system for TECH-IP team.

As a Qualcomm ASIC Engineer, you will define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for a variety of high performance, high quality, low power world class products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine product execution path.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Strong Software programming skills in Python in UNIX/Linux computing platform.

• Strong logical and problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and debugging skills.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of algorithms, data structures and OOP design.

• Highly motivated, excellent team spirit and good communication skills.

• With VLSI digital circuit Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding in LSF infrastructure

• Exposure to Perl, Shell, Tcl or Make

• Familiar with Splunk API

• Experience in utilizing Git for version control and collaboration

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms

• Experience in full stack web application development, familiar with RESTful APIs, JavaScript is a plus

Pay range:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
