Are you an experienced bookkeeper who’s detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of financial operations? We’re looking for a self-starter Corporate Bookkeeper to support our family of companies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys overseeing multiple aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements


• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)


• Manage purchase orders, vendor payments, and invoices


• Prepare budgets, reports, and financial records


• Run Work in Progress (WIP) reports and assist with month-end/year-end close


• Maintain accurate records and support audits/tax preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong bookkeeping experience (construction industry experience a plus)


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)


• Bachelor’s in Accounting or 10+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience


• Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
