Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid Schedule: 4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote
$23.00–$25.00 per hour | One Position Available

We are looking for a high-performing, bilingual Assistant Property Supervisor who has proven experience managing multiple residential properties and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As the Assistant Property Supervisor, you will be the central connection between property owners, residents, and our internal teams, ensuring that each property in your portfolio operates smoothly and upholds the standard of excellence LAPMG is known for.
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the operational and physical performance of multiple residential properties to ensure quality, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, residents, and internal teams, resolving concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage leases, renewals, violations, and legal processes, including evictions and small claims when required.
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits while coordinating maintenance requests to maintain high property standards.
- Collaborate directly with executives to evaluate performance, propose improvements, and implement strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in office administration required; property management experience is highly preferred
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation
- A collaborative mindset with a track record of teamwork and shared success
- Hands-on experience in property management or a closely related field
