Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
$21.00 – $24.00 per hour | 1 Hire Only

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Property Supervisor who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and has proven experience leading multiple residential properties with excellence . This is not a role for beginners. We seek someone who has mastered the skills of supervision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering world-class service to property owners and residents alike.

Your expertise will directly shape the daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance of a multi-property portfolio. You will be the trusted partner between owners, residents, and our executive team, ensuring our properties operate seamlessly and reflect the standard of excellence that LAPMG is known for.
If you are not bilingual , do not type 45+ WPM , do not have 3+ years of residential property management or supervisory experience , or lack strong organizational and communication skills, this role is not the right fit .
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee and manage the physical and operational success of multiple residential properties while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison between property owners, residents, and internal teams to resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage leases, renewals, violations, and legal processes including evictions and small claims when necessary.
- Conduct property inspections, audits, and monitor maintenance requests to maintain property standards.
- Collaborate with executives to evaluate property performance, provide recommendations, and implement strategic improvements.
Required Qualifications – Must-Haves
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Must type 45+ WPM
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in residential property management or as a property supervisor overseeing multiple properties
- Hands-on experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with owners, tenants, and vendors
Preferred Experience
- Experience with low-income housing programs and recertification processes
- Skilled in property inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting
- Team-oriented mindset with a history of collaborative success across departments
