Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist current and prospective residents with leasing inquiries and resident support - Process leasing applications and maintain resident files - Perform data entry and document management - Create, enter, scan, copy, and organize invoices - Maintain accurate property and resident records- Assist with move-in and move-out documentation - Respond to resident requests and coordinate with on-site staff as needed - Provide general administrative support including phones, emails, filing, and scheduling Qualifications - At least 1 year of leasing, leasing assistant, assistant property manager, or property management experience - Experience supporting multifamily residential communities preferred - Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience with data entry, invoice processing, filing, and document management
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, Rent Manager, Knock, or similar systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
