Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our accounting team as an Account Payable Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great attitude and a desire to build a career in finance.

We are looking for a driven candidate with a great attitude. The job will require you to perform various administrative functions that will support operations with an emphasis on billing and Accounts Payable duties. This position is based out of our corporate office in Roseville, CA.
This is a Full-time position, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining accounts payable process – invoices, statements, payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendor
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Assist managers and vendors with invoice/statement inquiries
Analyzing workflow processes
Assist with coding, entering and reconcile of Credit Card Statements
Assists with audits as needed
Job Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience
MUST be computer proficient, skilled in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Detail oriented, well organized
Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility and work independently
Strong work ethic / Punctuality / Reliable and Dependable
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen
Ability to pass a background check
Team oriented and willing to pitch in where needed
