Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee

Intelliloan is a mortgage lender based in Orange, CA. We have been in business since 1993 & are well-established in the industry. We offer a full-time training program that is well-renowned in the industry.

As an Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee , you will partake in a training program that will allow you to learn the mortgage industry and become a licensed loan officer. This role is a paid, full-time position . We will provide you with complete Mortgage training, one-on-one coaching from our in-house experts, an online interactive sales training program, and everything else you need to become a top mortgage professional. Throughout the program, you'll be trained on the best techniques of building relationships and identifying clients' needs. Once promoted, the income potential is uncapped.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service and professionalism to our clients
• Referring potentially qualified clients to our licensed specialists
• Partaking in online style trainings and discussions
• Sustain a basic to advanced understanding of the mortgage industry and various loan programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 Year sales experience preferred
• 1 Year negotiation experience preferred
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Motivated by the opportunity for career advancement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.23 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
