Brand & Communications Coordinator
This role plays an important part in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and presentation of our brands across both print and digital platforms. Responsibilities include website updates, guest communications, menu and collateral production, review management, and administrative support for marketing and promotional initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a genuine interest in hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience. This position works closely with restaurant leadership and operations teams to help ensure all guest-facing materials and communications reflect the quality, hospitality, and standards of PRESS and Under-Study.
A significant portion of this role involves creating, updating, and maintaining guest-facing materials, including menus, wine lists, event collateral, signage, and promotional pieces. Candidates should be comfortable working within established brand standards and possess strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Publisher.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications Support
- Support day-to-day marketing and communications initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and promotional schedules
- Coordinate updates to brand materials and promotional assets
- Assist with internal and external communications efforts
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and marketing files
Website & Digital Content Management
- Update website content, menus, event information, hours of operation, and other guest-facing details
- Ensure information across digital platforms remains accurate, current, and consistent
- Coordinate content updates and maintain brand standards across all digital touchpoints
Guest Communications
- Assist with newsletters, email communications, and guest correspondence
- Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional and hospitality-focused manner
- Support media inquiries and maintain press materials as needed
- Ensure all written communications align with the voice and standards of the brands
Design & Collateral Production
- Create, update, and maintain menus, wine lists, event materials, signage, and promotional collateral
- Prepare files for print production and coordinate printing when necessary
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all guest-facing materials
- Organize and maintain templates, design files, and brand resources for ongoing use
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience producing printed materials such as menus, wine lists, signage, and promotional collateral
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Publisher
Experience updating website content
- Professional and service-oriented approach to guest communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience
