Co Founder Opportunity for a New Company: Destination Weddings in Italy

VITA Estates has initiated the creation of VITA Italian Weddings , which will operate as an independent company fully dedicated to destination weddings in Italy.

The foundational work has already been completed: market and competitor analysis, service structure, financial projections, vetted Italian partners, and a remote execution team between India, the Philippines, and the US.

We are now looking for a Co Founder who will take operational ownership of this new company.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the operational development of VITA Italian Weddings as a standalone entity
• Optimize the platform architecture, workflows, and service packages
• Coordinate the remote design, content, and development teams
• Manage onboarding and verification of planners and local vendors
• Oversee venue data accuracy and service presentation on the site
• Implement KPIs, reporting systems, and continuous improvement processes
• Contribute to strategic planning and long term scalability

What VITA Estates will continue to support

• Initial business setup and transition
• Partnership development and relations across Italy
• Cross company alignment for clients traveling between real estate and wedding services
• Strategic oversight during the early growth phase

Ideal Co Founder Profile

• Background in wedding planning or destination event production
• Strong operational skills and ability to run day-to-day activities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build and scale a new company
• Comfortable managing remote teams and structured processes
• Excellent communication and decision making abilities
