Job Title: Executive Assistant (Contract)

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established real estate company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support during a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, professional environment and partner closely with senior leadership.

This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing conflicting requests
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Support meeting coordination, including agendas, materials, and notes
• Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with special projects, events, and team initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
• Strong calendar management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with expense and travel tools (e.g., Concur) preferred
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
