People Data Analytics & Systems Analyst
- Build and maintain people data infrastructure: Organize, clean, and integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, proactively identifying opportunities to improve data quality and reliability.
- Drive workforce insights and forecasting: Partner with Finance and People Operations teams to design and manage headcount tracking processes, enabling accurate workforce forecasts and strategic planning.
- Own HR systems and tools: Lead, evaluate, and optimize all People-related systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring workflows and reporting enable the team to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Turn data into action: Apply quantitative expertise to develop compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Be hands-on and innovative: Execute current analytics deliverables while continuously improving processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Collaborate across teams: Support other People programs and ad hoc requests, bringing both strategic thinking and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
- Balance scrappy and structured approaches: Bring experience from startups where you’ve built things from the ground up, as well as insights from more established companies where processes, systems, and reporting are mature.
- 5+ years of experience supporting People Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of People data and the employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development etc.)
- Experience in data visualization tools
- Experience translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations for Archer’s People team and broader leadership team
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excels in problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking
- Strong writer and verbal communicator to internal and external audiences, with proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity; you’ll need to define your own role at times and fill in gaps wherever needed
- Experience in related HR disciplines (compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance)
- Project Management certification
- Proficient with Greenhouse, Tableau, PowerBi, and various People Systems
