• Prior experience working in a full service, fine dining restaurant with a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences and a desire to grow their career in hospitality. • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations. • General understanding of liquor, wine, and beer products. Certifications in any of these areas are a plus. • General knowledge of food product and cooking techniques. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, as well as proficiency in Micros Symphony POS system. • Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks. • Highly organized and efficient, pro-active and results driven, and ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility. Leads by example andwith integrity. • Excellent communicator and team motivator. Business-like, socially engaged, passionate, expressive, and demonstrating a positive attitude. Mental and Physical Demands • Frequent: Sitting, standing, walking throughout property, working on a computer, typing, filing, climbing stairs, and interacting with guests (speaking, listening, writing). • Occasional: Lifting, pushing, and pulling guest luggage, boxes, and property equipment. Occasional stooping and bending.
