About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Paid Media & Analytics Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated media campaigns across entertainment and streaming content initiatives. This role partners closely with marketing, analytics, creative, and agency teams to drive campaign performance across digital, social, television, radio, and emerging media channels.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multi-channel media campaigns from strategy through execution. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives while helping shape media planning and performance optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Support media strategy development through research, analysis, and campaign insights.
- Contribute to media planning recommendations aligned with marketing objectives.
- Assist with audience targeting strategies, testing initiatives, and campaign optimization efforts.
- Apply campaign learnings to improve future media performance.
Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Manage assigned aspects of campaign execution across digital, social, TV, radio, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
- Support ad trafficking, tagging, pixel implementation, QA, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, recommending optimizations as needed.
- Develop recurring reporting, campaign recaps, and performance presentations.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across platforms and dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency teams on campaign execution and delivery.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and distribution teams.
- Support and guide junior team members while sharing best practices.
- Recommend process improvements and innovative media tactics.
Industry Expertise
- Stay current on media trends, competitive launches, and audience behaviors.
- Understand how paid media contributes to campaign and business objectives.
- Maintain awareness of streaming, Connected TV (CTV), FAST channels, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-3+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, analytics, or a related field.
- Agency, entertainment, media, or studio experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience across digital and/or traditional media channels, including Social, Programmatic, TV, and Radio.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, DV360, Amazon Ads, and social advertising platforms.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
