Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Campbell, CA. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage budgets, and optimize workflow processes. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The role also involves developing relationships with vendors and stakeholders, as well as ensuring the timely and effective execution of company objectives.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Operations Management: Experience in streamlining processes, resource planning, and managing budgets effectively.

Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for implementing operational strategies.

Construction Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Adaptability and Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless communication systems, including DAS/BDA technology, is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with analytical tools, operational software, and reporting tools.
