About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a SNF setting.

This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover . New grads encouraged to apply .

What You'll Do

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required
