Compensation
Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
Status : Full Time Regular Shift: DAY SHIFT Department: Coffee/Gift Shop Position Summary Summary: The counter clerk maintains a clean and safe Coffee/Gift Shop while greeting and serving Customers; handling cash transactions, food preparation and creating displays for merchandise for employees and visitors. Qualifications Responsibilities: Education Required- Must complete in-house orientation program
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Speaks, reads and writes English
- No experience required
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn
- Requires standing in one spot and working in high temperatures.
- Requires periods of movement including bending, pushing and lifting up to approximately 30lbs.
- Prepares kitchen prep for Coffee Shop following food handling procedures.
