Location: Emeryville, CA

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

As an LPCC in our clinic, you’ll deliver structured outpatient therapy services that directly support community mental health access. This position emphasizes consistent scheduling, collaborative care, and measurable progress with clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for adult and adolescent clients
• Develop and update treatment plans based on clinical need
• Document services according to clinic and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams
• Attend supervision and case review meetings as scheduled

Requirements

• Active California LPCC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
• Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based care
• Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
