Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst supports Purchasing and Supply Chain operations through reporting, inventory analysis, supplier performance tracking, and routinepurchasingactivities. This roleprovidesdata-driven insights to support operational decisions and process improvements whileassistingwith day-to-day supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
- Create andmaintainsupply chain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze inventory levels, shortages, supplier performance, and purchasing data.
- Support forecasting, planning, and inventory management activities.
- Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments.
- Assistwith routine purchasing activities and supplier follow-up.
- Maintain ERP data accuracy and reporting.
- Support management with reporting, analysis, and special projects.
- Identifyopportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferredor equivalent relevant work experience.
- 24 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, ora manufacturingenvironment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$70,000 $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position supports Purchasing, Planning, and Supply Chain leadership by improving operational visibility, driving data-based decisions, and providing purchasing support when needed.
