Your Team, Your Impact Government and Aerospace/Defense Business Development What You Can Expect The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing business strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and interfacing with customers to close on contract orders within the microelectronics domain to meet annual operating and strategic growth plans. This position will be supporting the new business growth across the microelectronics sector. The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Gathering and sharing insights into future mission needs and requirements
  • Identifying the stakeholder landscape, organizations, and program champions
  • Preparing contact strategies and plans with key messages while guiding customer interactions
  • Defining and refining Customer needs, values, and affordability expectations
  • Developing, vetting, and enhancing analysis on customer values and future roadmaps
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with customers, influencers and key opinion leaders in the United States Government
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for business or program expansion based on future plans and needs of assigned agencies/accounts/lines of business
  • Closing select opportunities put forward for concideration
  • What We're Looking For
    • Direct and recent national security U.S. Government experience
    • Experience analyzing customer requirements and future warfighting needs
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government
    • Active Clearance - SECRET or higher - preferred
    • US Persons/clearance
    • Deep experience in Government acquisitions process
    • Military service
    • 4 year degree min, advanced degree preferred
    • Program management
    • Channel/Funnel development experience
    • Deep/strong relationship building
    • Experience with military customers
    #LI-TM1 Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 168,800 - 249,750, $ per annum The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
