Program Coordinator - Social Services

Achievement House is a well-established non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities since 1957. With a mission to promote independence and inclusion, Achievement House provides vocational training, education, and adaptive living skills programs. The organization is seeking a committed Vocational Case Manager to join its team. This role is essential in supporting individuals served, supervising and training Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of vocational programs. Responsibilities

• Complete and submit all required documentation accurately and on time, including transportation paperwork, attendance records, job coach notes, objective sheets, and incident/accident reports.
• Monitor work contracts to ensure successful outcomes for staff, individuals served, and contract partners, while maintaining positive relationships with all contract personnel.
• Oversee and monitor business contracts, including staff assignments, budgets, expenditures, and quality assurance of work performed.
• Ensure individual case management records are complete and accurate.
• Support daily supervision of staff and ensure adequate contract coverage.
• Allocate agency resources effectively, including products, space, time, and personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Employment Services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid California driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ongoing proof of current state-required auto insurance.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to motivate and support others.
• Flexibility with work schedules and willingness to assist at different sites as needed.

Compensation

$27 per hour
