About the role

*Open to hiring remote across North America we also have offices in NYC San Francisco and Seattle

Were looking for a Creative Workflow Specialist to join our team working closely with our customers and creative this role you will be in charge of demoing Runway our tools models and research to filmmakers creatives production teams and studios from all over the world. You will have the chance to collaborate on special projects develop internal content and help our growing base of professional creatives get the most out of Runway.

What Youll do

• Craft content and lead demonstrations to show how to leverage and utilize Runway most effectively
• Develop narratives and stories that articulate the value and potential of our technology to studios production companies agencies and creative professionals
• Discover and highlight new and potential use cases for pre- and post-production workflows
• Be a champion for our customers and our research team. You will work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights; liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best support and experience possible

What youll need

• Experience working on professional creative workflows combining multiple tools like Unreal Premiere After Effects Maya Blender etc and of course Runway
• Expertise creating content from end to end. You can take a brief and create a full video using a combination of different tools including post and sound design
• You have a good grasp of AI workflows and how to create media with Runway and AI. You breathe and live generative models
• Passion for experimentation when it comes to creative briefs creating content and creative workflows
• Natural curiosity for the Runway product and eagerness to use and test the product personally
• Passion for teaching/showing creative work and tools to others
• Ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment

The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job this case we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.

Lastly the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions there may be a change in the range which again will be communicated to candidates.
