Software Engineer (Full-Stack / Product)

We are looking for Software Engineers who are "Product Architects." You aren't just building UI components; you are building the interactive face of an AI Agent. You will own the end-to-end flow of how a user interacts with our intelligence, from the complex backend logic of an agentic query engine to the sub-second responsiveness of a React dashboard.

THE ROLE

• Engineering Generalist: Our stack includes Typescript, Mongo, ClickHouse, React, Express, and K8s , but you should be the type of person who can self-host a CMS or deploy a VPN server if that's what the solution requires.

• Product Mindset: You care about why a feature is being built, not just how . You think about the user’s conversation with the AI and how to make it seamless.

• High Ownership: You take a feature from a napkin sketch to a production-ready, tested service, collaborating with Product Managers and AI/ML Engineers.

• Flexible Architecture: You understand that "Enterprise" means "Configurable." You can build systems where the Auth method or Database can be swapped out based on customer requirements.
  

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

• Build and scale the Hilbert AI Portal, the primary interface for our customers and internal teams.

• Develop the "Agentic Conversation Engine," handling complex multi-turn interactions between users and ML models.

• Partner with "Design Partners" and Product Managers to build entirely new software products from scratch for new industries.

• Create internal admin panels and tools that give our AI/ML teams "superpowers" to monitor and tweak models in real-time.

• Ensure all applications are "Enterprise Ready", containerized, configurable, and secure.

Bonus Points

• AI/ML UX Experience: You’ve built interfaces for LLMs before (streaming responses, chat history, "human-in-the-loop" interfaces).

• Monorepo Experience: Experience with Nx Monorepo or similar tools to manage microservices with shared libraries.

• Platform Development Experience : You have built your own infrastructural component and deployed your applications using them.
