Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under limited supervision, following APTA standards, to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to guide adjustments.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, ROM interventions, and modality use per plan of care.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and plans; communicate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and safety precautions.
- Maintain professional documentation and ensure compliance with applicable protocols and standards.

Requirements
- Outpatient physical therapy experience
- Ability to work in a day-shift schedule (5x8)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adapt to varied patient populations
