License/Credential or Skills

Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school and three years of experience in quantity food cooking, baking and preparation.

Successful completion of two Food Service approved courses.

Valid Food Safety Certificate issued by Fresno County Environmental Health Division required.

Valid California driver's license preferred.
