Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement ICU patient care tailored to the age of the patient population on the assigned unit.
- Deliver high-quality, safe patient care in alignment with the unit’s standard of care and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate professional performance consistent with the unit’s mission, philosophy, and goals; adapt to evolving systems and practices.
- Maintain quality and effectiveness in daily work habits and clinical practice; communicate with compassion and respect to staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support timely care planning, monitoring, and outcomes.

Requirements
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment in ICU nursing.
- Ability to work a schedule of 12-hour day shifts (3x12) for 36 hours per week.
- Comfortable providing age-appropriate care in an ICU setting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to engage with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
