Lead Product Designer

We’re a San Francisco based, early‑stage startup on a mission to measure and boost productivity for businesses. We are currently in stealth mode, so can’t share too much, but we are solving a critical challenge for many businesses by leveraging recent breakthroughs in AI. What you’ll do:

• Shape the vision: Turn fuzzy user and business needs into crisp product vision, requirements and flows
• Validate & learn: Lead lean user and market research to test assumptions, uncover insights and help us make better decisions
• Design end‑to‑end: Architect information hierarchies, modular UI components, meaningful interactions and high‑fidelity visuals in Figma
• Prototype & collaborate: Build clickable prototypes, hand‑off specs, QA with Eng and drive features from alpha through iteration
• Iterate quickly: Run tight test cycles, read the data, and refine until it sings
• Juggle: Drive multiple projects from discovery to launch without dropping a ball

What you bring:

• Experience: 6+ years designing complex, data‑heavy (BI, analytics, dashboards) B2B SaaS web and/or native (Mac/Win) apps with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role
• Toolkit: Fluency in Figma components, auto‑layout, and token‑based design systems (bonus if you built one from scratch)
• Startup DNA: Proven track record shipping v1 products at early‑stage startups; you thrive on velocity, ambiguity and impact
• Mindset: Scrappy, independent and outcome‑focused, you ask the right questions, ruthlessly prioritize and adapt on the fly
• Communication: Clear, persuasive storytelling in English and comfort collaborating with US West coast time zone
• Strong portfolio, showcasing and explaining your design work
