North Shore Living Herbs is one of America’s top selling Herb Brands! And we’re proud of that! We’re looking for a Marketing Manager that can help us expand our distribution and maintain our leading market share all while having a lot of fun, creating measurable, successful campaigns to inspire consumers – and our whole team – to make every home-cooked meal a special occasion!

Are you a creative, strategic, and collaborative thinker? Can you lead marketing initiatives that support sales, strengthen our brand, and enhance our company culture? This role is ideal for someone with experience in the produce or agriculture industry who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead B2B Communication and Marketing efforts (primary)

· Lead B2C Communication and Marketing efforts (secondary)

· Align marketing strategies with sales initiatives to drive growth

· Manage marketing budget

· Create and execute comprehensive marketing plan to support sales initiatives

  • Participate in management and strategic planning meetings

· Report ROI for marketing efforts for the executive team

  • Lead product development and new item setup
  • Manage brand identity across all channels
  • Plan and execute events, social media strategy, and trade show presence
  • Develop effective product positioning within the produce marketplace
  • Build authentic relationships with top clients and lead marketing collaborations
  • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
  • Develop sales collateral, POS, and merchandising materials

Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)

  • Support employee development and training (products, placement, displays)
  • Create and execute new product launch plans
  • Lead packaging development initiatives
  • Coordinate co-branded promotions
  • Stay current on food labeling regulations
  • Analyze consumer and category trends
  • Serve as a food safety spokesperson
  • Act as an internal spokesperson when needed
  • Participate in three mock recalls annually

Position Type & Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs
  • This is not a remote position
