Job Responsibilities Will Include:
• Inspect residential properties for pest activity, entry points, and conditions conducive to infestations
• Perform pest control treatments in accordance with company procedures and state regulations
• Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment and prevention solutions
• Educate customers on pest prevention, treatment plans, and service recommendations
• Accurately document services performed, findings, and recommendations using company systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
• Safely operate application equipment, hand tools, and required PPE
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and around residential exteriors as needed
• Follow all company safety policies, label requirements, and industry regulations
• Recommend additional services when appropriate

Qualifications:
• Previous pest control experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
