QGOV is seeking an experienced processor to provide support to QGOV's Accounting, Finance, & Systems team. A successful candidate will take ownership, demonstrate reliability, integrity, trustworthiness, and follow-through for the following:

Responsibilities

• Work under close supervision and follow instructions.
• Prepare high quality and accurate reports.
• Prepare invoices.
• Reconcile data from a variety of sources.
• Help to identify where an issue has occurred.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Verify and audit financial reports.
• Run accounting and finance processes.
• Work closely with financial analysts and accounting professionals, in a support role.
• Attend and prepare meeting notes, as required.
• Assist in special projects, as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicants selected must be a U.S. citizen and must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree.

OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.
• Skilled in general accounting / bookkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and well-developed critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and collaborates well with stakeholders.
• Knowledge in concepts associated with accounting principles and financial policies with the ability to apply them appropriately.
• Proficient in reconciliation and book closing processes.
• Excellent processing and transactional skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to recommend novel approaches, methods, alternatives, or solutions to doing things within own tasks.
• Understand that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies (e.g., SEC requirements, US GAAP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Oracle Finance modules and other ERP's (Costpoint) a plus.

Pay range:

$18.31 - $27.47

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
