IMG Companies, a Division of Ichor Systems, has an immediate opening for an Assembler, located in Livermore, CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough incoming inspections of parts to verify quality and compliance.
• Carefully unbox and unbag parts, ensuring they are handled without damage.
• Accurately arrange, fit, and assemble components for welding.
• Install and secure filler ribbons as required in the welding process.
• Handle and stage parts for welding, maintaining their cleanliness and integrity.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all parts during handling and assembly.
• Properly package parts post-assembly and welding to protect them during transport and storage.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of tasks performed and parts handled.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with some exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• AS9100, ISO9001:2008, & NADCAP Standards

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

For candidates based in California: The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $32.84 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
