Job Title: Senior Electrician
Pay: $40 – $42 per hour Â

Open Positions / Shifts:

• Position 1: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  (Overtime & weekends based on business needs)

• Position 2: Wednesday – Saturday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
  (Overtime & weekends based on business needs)

Parking: Free employee parking

Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced Senior Electricians to support commercial facility operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and related building equipment in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Candidates with a strong commercial background are preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot generators, VFDs, UPS systems, and electrical distribution equipment

• Support AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, valves, and related plant systems

• Assist with site power outages and major switchgear maintenance events

• Install and repair single- and three-phase motors

• Run conduit and pull wiring for machinery and equipment

• Replace lighting components including bulbs and ballasts

• Interpret single-line drawings and troubleshoot electrical systems safely

• Follow LOTO procedures and NFPA 70E standards

• Utilize computerized work order systems

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of related trade schooling or equivalent hands-on experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Electrical License

• Experience in commercial or critical facility environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in tight spaces, on ladders, lifts, and rooftops

• Ability to safely perform overhead and electrical work
