Systems Analyst,

The Systems Analyst role requires a senior technical expert to provide leadership and coordination in the development, implementation, and maintenance of I&IT solutions. The role involves providing technical advice, analyzing system designs, leading project teams, and ensuring solutions align with project goals. The analyst will also be responsible for documentation, testing, and providing guidance to junior analysts.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, and architecture of systems solutions.
- Evaluate recommendations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify short and long-term project goals and define program/service delivery requirements.
- Lead the analysis, development, and documentation of system solution designs and architecture.
- Lead the development, testing, integration, and implementation of systems solutions.
- Guide feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of I&IT initiatives.
- Lead technical aspects of projects through all stages of the SDLC.
- Gather requirements and translate business documents into technical specifications.
- Lead development/support teams for multi-dimensional and relational databases.
- Design and develop complex applications using relational and multi-dimensional databases.
- Provide implementation and post-implementation support.
- Oversee the research and evaluation of technical components in software and hardware acquisitions.
- Recommend and direct the improvement of tools, techniques, standards, and performance criteria.
- Provide coaching and direction to junior analysts.
- Participate in TRA process and prepare appropriate documents
- Provide guidance to developers in the initial phases on the implementation of a solution.
- Develop architecture artifacts including: Solution Requirements Document (SRD), Business Architecture Document (BAD), Information Architecture Document (IAD), Solution Architecture Document (SAD), Architecture review presentations; Prepare presentations for Corporate Architecture Committees
- Develop Technology Options Analysis including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
