Job Description:

MDB Transportation is hiring professional Class A CDL Solo Drivers for full-time company driver positions.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who want steady freight, weekly pay, full benefits, and long-term stability with an established transportation company.

This is a W-2 company driver position. This is not a 1099 contractor position, and this is not a small owner-operator setup. Drivers work directly for MDB Transportation with company support, professional dispatch, steady freight, and a full benefits package.

Compensation: Solo drivers earn $0.60 per mile.

Drivers are paid under a mileage compensation program that is designed to compensate the full trip cycle, including driving, loading, unloading, pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and required work time related to the load.

We understand that professional drivers spend time doing more than just driving. This position is built for company drivers who want consistent work and fair compensation for the full job.

Sign-On Bonus: Qualified drivers are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Complete assigned loads on time and in a professional manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch.
• Follow all DOT and company safety requirements.
• Handle required load-related duties including loading, unloading, and documentation when applicable.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, shippers, and receivers.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean and professional attitude.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
• Must be able to follow DOT and company safety standards.
• Prior OTR or regional driving experience preferred.
