Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant - Floater: Provide comprehensive back-up support to multiple executives and teams, adapting quickly to different workloads and environments. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics, ensuring all details are meticulously organized. Assist with reception duties on a rotational basis, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications. Support the team by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring confidentiality in all tasks.

Required Skills for Executive Assistant - Floater: Minimum of four years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a preference for candidates with a college degree. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with integrity.
