Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' business objectives and our technical solutions. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
• Create detailed project documentation including business cases, project plans, and reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines and success
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and performance
• Support the development and implementation of software solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques

Desired Experience:

• Experience in software development or IT services industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
