Group Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Group Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with wedding planners, corporate event organizers, and hospitality professionals to coordinate and execute group transportation services. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator with a passion for service and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for group transportation inquiries, particularly from wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate clients.
- Develop customized transportation proposals tailored to the unique needs of each group event.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to execution, including scheduling, pricing, contracting, and service coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the hospitality and event planning industries.
- Attend industry networking events, bridal fairs, and business expos to promote Napa Valley Tours and Transportation services.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of service, including driver assignments, vehicle selection, timing, and on-site coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, bookings, and event details in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales or client service experience, preferably in event planning, hospitality, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of Napa Valley's event and hospitality landscape is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
