Construction Office Manager Location San Diego, CA :

Aycon Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Office Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced construction environment and possess a strong administrative background, we want to hear from you!

Position Summary:

The Construction Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficient workflows and providing essential support to our project teams. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all office administrative systems and procedures.
  • Oversee document control, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project close-out documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with general accounting tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
  • Support project managers and site superintendents with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,260.00 - $65,260.00 per year
