Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Senior Cost Estimator-Scheduling Manager, the successful candidate will provide detailed schedules of construction for major hydraulic facilities and related improvements, provide construction planning and scheduling support to the Division, and review construction schedules in accordance with the specifications.

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, and have both scheduling and estimating experience on Construction projects. Experience including but not limited to Flood Control, Remediation, Restoration, Earthwork, and Heavy Civil projects. Experience with preparing preliminary schedules and reviewing construction schedules in accordance with the specifications utilizing Primavera P6. Experience in time impact evaluation that calculate overall delay on a schedule. Candidates should possess excellent organization skills and should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
